We'll induct three new HOF members, recognize Innovator of the Year and Youth Innovator of the Year.
The 2025 Hall of Fame Inductees:
- TRUMPF Inc. a high-tech company with U.S. headquarters in Farmington, CT.
- A global technology leader in industrial lasers and fabricating equipment, TRUMPF’s North American headquarters have been located in Farmington, Connecticut since 1969. The company’s state-of-the art local facilities span more than 500,000 square feet and include a newly added Smart Factory that showcases the latest in high-tech, automated and connected manufacturing.
- Westminster Tool from Plainfield, CT
- As a small family-owned mold manufacturing company based in Plainfield, Connecticut, Westminster Tool is known across the state for revolutionary recruitment, on boarding and an employee-empowered culture employing some of the best and brightest in Connecticut.
- Ward Leonard located in Thomaston, CT
- Mission is more than a word at Ward Leonard. It’s a code of conduct. For 120 years, Ward Leonard has been a leader in electric motor, generator, control, and service solutions for the U.S. Navy fleet.
2025 Innovator Award Winners:
- Youth Innovator of the Year - 14 year-old Nolan Kosciukiewicz from Newington, CT.
- This past June, 14 year-old Nolan Kosciukiewicz earned First Place for Eighth Grade and the Overall Category Award in Household Organization and Appliances at the U.S. Nationals Invention Convention, rising to the top among 202,000 student entries nationwide.
- Legendary Inventor, Dean Kamen of Manchester, New Hampshire.
- Dean Kamen is an inventor, an entrepreneur, and a tireless advocate for science and technology. Dean Kamen is the founder of DEKA Research & Development Corporation, FIRST® (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology), FIRST Global, and the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute (ARMI) | BioFabUSA.
The American Manufacturing Hall of Fame also announced two new education programs:
- Lending Library—to get much needed manufacturing education materials into the hands of manufacturing program students at CT Community Colleges
- Presented Nolan Kosciukiewicz with the inaugural $2,500 Youth Innovator Scholarship
